Everything sold is unconditionally guaranteed. Returns for refund or replacement of undamaged items may be made for any reason within thirty days of purchase. If a gift recipient already has a book, movie, collectible, or other item in a gift package, individual items can be returned or exchanged at the gift recipient's convenience. Refunds will be issued in the same method that payment was made.
Internet purchases may be returned either by mail or in person at our New Hampshire store.
Most orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. Our staff will contact you in the event that your order is delayed for any reason.
