Our customer service policies are simple, straightforward, and
written with the customer in mind to ensure that you have a superb

- Your satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed. If you or a
gift's recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact the
staff within 30 days of an item's receipt and we will ensure
resolution of the issue with a replacement, exchange or refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same method that payment was made.
- Internet purchases may be returned either by mail or in person at
our New Hampshire store.
- Most orders are shipped within two business days of receipt. Our
staff will contact you in the event that your order is delayed for
any reason.
- An e-mail message will be sent when orders are received and
shipped. Shipping notification will include the tracking information
necessary to track your order with the shipping carrier.
