Shipping charges are calculated using the weight and the shipping
address for the order. The exact shipping charge will display at
checkout. Our rates start as low as $1.95 for very light items
shipped to addresses in the United States and $2.95 for very light
items shipped to addresses outside of the United States or Canada. Regular shipping has an estimated delivery time of 5 business days,
and Express shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3
business days to addresses in the United States. Two-day and
overnight delivery services to most shipping addresses are available
at cost. Please contact us for an estimate of charges or to upgrade
your shipping method. Shipping charges for international orders over 70 pounds will be billed at cost. Direct billing of personal or corporate UPS or
FedEx accounts is also available. International customers are
responsible for all customs brokerage fees and taxes due.
Satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed. If you or a gift's
recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact the staff
within 30 days of an item's receipt and we will ensure resolution of
the issue with a replacement, exchange or refund. We also stand
behind our delivery commitments. In the event that your package is
not delivered when we said it would be delivered, we will refund to
you all shipping charges.
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and as easy as possible. Please contact us within 30 days of item receipt if you would like to make a return or an exchange. Returned items are refunded at the purchase price in the original method of payment. We cannot refund shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
