- Free shipping within the USA for book and DVD purchases will be via USPS Media Mail. Express shipping within the USA for books and movies will be charged at cost and will be billed when your order ships. International shipping for books and movies will be charged at cost and will be billed when your order ships.
- Overnight delivery services to addresses in the United States and expedited shipping to addresses in Canada are available at cost. Please contact us for an estimate of charges or to upgrade your shipping method.
- Direct billing of personal or corporate UPS or FedEx accounts is also available. Please contact us if you would like to use any of these shipping options.
- Shipments to an APO/FPO or to a PO Box address will be sent via the United States Postal Service.
- International customers are responsible for all customs brokerage fees and taxes due.

If you or a gift's recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact the staff and we will ensure resolution of the issue with a replacement, exchange or refund. Everything that we sell is fully guaranteed against any defects, faulty workmanship or shipping loss and damage. We also stand behind our delivery commitments. In the event that your package is not delivered when we said it would, we will refund to you all shipping charges.
Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and as easy as possible. Please contact us within 30 days of item receipt if you would like to make a return or an exchange. Returned items are refunded at the purchase price in the original method of payment. We cannot refund shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
