We ship using USPS and UPS and most orders ship within one business day of receipt. Should circumstances require that shipping of your order is delayed by more than three business days, you will be contacted. When contacted, you will be offered the option to wait for the order to ship or to cancel the order and receive a full refund. We accept returns for exchange or refund for 30 calendar days after delivery of the order, and returns for Christmas holiday gift purchases may be made through January 31. Undamaged items that are returned must be in new, unaltered and unused condition showing no signs of wear or damage. Examples of when the seller is at fault for a return include incorrect item sent and item arrived damaged. In these cases, pre-paid return postage will be provided for the return.
