Formed in 1989 in the city of Most, Eduard began in a rented cellar as a manufacturer of photo etched brass model components. Following the success of their early products, the company branched off into plastic models in 1993. To the plastic modeler community at large, Eduard has become a household word in the field of photo etched parts. Eduard also produces aircraft kits that range from World War I to the present-day. Eduard's kits are acquiring a reputation as good as or better than the newer Tamiya and Hasegawa kits.Item is brand new and in its original factory packaging. Listing images are stock pictures provided by the manufacturer or the distributor. The F4F Wildcat entered service with the US Navy in 1940. Heavy, rugged, and well armed for its time, the Wildcat was not as fast or maneuverable as its nemesis, the Mitsubishi Zero, but through the skill of pilots like Jimmy Thach and Butch O'Hare, it finished the war with a 6.9 to 1 kill ratio. This Dual Combo boxing of the 1:48 Wildcat is a limited edition featuring two full kits from Eduard, the F4F3 and F4F4, with Eduard markings for ten aircraft.

Undamaged items that are returned must be in new, unaltered and unused condition showing no signs of wear or damage.
