Back in Stock: Navis-Neptun T1102 HMS Rodney (Camouflaged) – 1/1250 Scale
We are pleased to announce that one of our most requested small-scale warships has just come back into stock — the Navis-Neptun T1102 HMS Rodney (Camouflaged) in 1/1250 scale. This finely cast metal miniature represents one of the Royal Navy’s most famous battleships in her striking wartime camouflage.
About HMS Rodney:
Commissioned in 1927, HMS Rodney served with distinction throughout World War II. Along with her sister ship Nelson, she featured an unusual forward-mounted main battery of 16-inch guns, giving her a distinctive profile and powerful broadside.
Rodney is best remembered for her decisive role in the destruction of the German battleship Bismarck in May 1941. During that action, she scored numerous heavy hits that helped incapacitate and bring down one of the most feared Axis warships of the war.
Throughout later operations, including convoy escort duties and supporting the Normandy landings, Rodney often carried bold disruptive camouflage patterns — the inspiration for this beautifully produced T-series Navis-Neptun model.
About the Navis-Neptun T1102 model:
The T-series represents specially painted and camouflaged variants, and this HMS Rodney is an excellent example. Navis-Neptun’s crisp metal casting captures deck details, turrets, superstructure lines, and proportionate hull geometry with precision suited for collectors and naval historians.
Model highlights:
- 1/1250 scale die-cast metal construction
- Authentic WWII camouflage painting
- Finely detailed turrets, boats, masts, and superstructure
- Ideal for collectors of Royal Navy and Atlantic theater warships
