About the Kit
Tamiya has built a worldwide reputation for precision plastic kits since 1948, and its 1/24 Sports Car Series remains a favorite for automotive modelers. This 911 GT3 RS kit captures the production car's extreme aero: hood and fender vents, finned wheel arches and roof treatment, and a large rear wing with a movable DRS-style element. Carbon-fibre-look sections appear on the hood, roof, wing, and mirrors; a Weissach package wheel design is included among the options.
The interior features a roll cage, door pull straps, shift paddles, and decals for dashboard detail, seat mesh, and door trim. Brakes use separate calipers and discs so wheels can turn while the calipers stay fixed. The kit builds as left-hand drive (European market) specification, with solid synthetic-rubber tires, metal transfers for mirrors and tail lights, masking stickers for glazing and headlamp covers, and side GT3RS / Porsche logo decals in several colours. Finished length is approximately 190 mm (about 7.5 in).
