The Das Werk 1/16 Scale Sd.Kfz. 251/22 Model Kit is a meticulously detailed static plastic model perfect for historical modeling enthusiasts. Featuring a completely redesigned 7.5 cm PaK 40 L/46 anti-tank gun, it includes a fully detailed interior with a finely crafted engine and openable engine cover plates. The kit allows for early or late version builds and offers customization with three optional tracks, four marking options, and detailed running gear with torsion bar suspension that replicates the original vehicle. The swinging front axle can be displayed with a steering angle, while detailed brake and fuel systems, along with included photo-etched parts, enhance the model’s authenticity. The Sd.Kfz. 251/22, introduced in December 1944 with fewer than 300 units produced, was armed with one of the most commonly used anti-tank guns and remained in use by the Yugoslav army into the 1950s.
