Vallejo makes water-based acrylic paints for modelers and wargamers, and this page gathers the Vallejo range we stock. Model Color is a brush paint with good opacity and a matt finish that dries to a smooth, self-leveling layer. Model Air is a matt acrylic formulated for airbrushing and can be sprayed straight from the bottle or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. Its palette concentrates on military colors from WWI, WWII and the present day.
The range also includes Game Color and Mecha Color for miniatures and science-fiction models, along with surface primers in military base colors, washes, varnishes and Liquid Mask. Themed sets bundle the right colors for a subject, including Waffen-SS camouflage, USAF gray schemes and the WWIII Soviet and British armor sets made for Team Yankee forces. Single colors come in 17 ml or 18 ml bottles; depending on supplier stock you may receive either the older or the newer bottle style.
Pair these paints with our model aircraft kits, tank and military vehicle kits, Tamiya kits, or Flames of War and Team Yankee miniatures. Listings show items in stock and ready to ship. Please note that paints and other liquid hobby supplies are not returnable.
