HobbyBoss manufactures static plastic model kits and the company has became an established and very well-regarded brand after many years of hard work. HobbyBoss strives to continually improve and to make the best possible products. The Messerschmitt Me262 was the first jet fighter in the world. Project work had begun at Messerschmitt as early as April 1939 on a new high-speed fighter plane the propulsion of which was to consist of the 'turbine jet' system. And on 18th July 1942, the Me262 took off on his first flight. The Me262 was power by two Jumo 004B type engine, and this engines gave the Me262 a maximum speed of 870 km/h at an altitude of 6000 m. Its service ceiling was 11400 m and its range was 1050 km. Basic armament consisted of 4 X 30 mm MK 108 cannon installed on the nose. In addition, 2 X 12 type R4M rockets could be carried the wing. This finely detailed plastic model kit requires assembly and painting.
