This product contains three assembled and painted tanks — Pz. Kpfw. 38 (t), Panzerjager I, and Cruiser Mk. III — along with 3 Tank Cards, 15 Upgrade Cards, and English-language materials. The Pz. Kpfw. 38 (t), or Panzer 38 (t), was developed for the Czechoslovakian Army in 1938 but saw service in the German army after the occupation of Czechoslovakia; used during the invasions of Poland and France, it was a reliable design that outperformed many of its German contemporaries. The Panzerjager I was an early attempt by the German army to mount an anti-tank gun on an armoured chassis, combining a Czechoslovakian-made 47mm gun with a Panzer I light tank; its open top and low superstructure gave the crew an excellent field of view, allowing them to quickly and efficiently engage targets. The Cruiser Mk. III, also known as the A13 Mark I, was intended to be a fast, lightly armoured breakthrough tank — mainly used as part of the British Expeditionary Force in France, with a few finding their way to Greece and Libya; the design formed the basis for the later Cruiser Mk. IV, or A13 Mark II. These miniatures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
